Step 2: Reserve Your Room
Once you’ve chosen your apartment, we’ll help you complete the reservation. A fee is associated with this step to hold your apartment. Our team will walk you through everything involved so there are no surprises.
Step 3: Schedule Your Move-In Date
We’ll work with you to find a move-in date that fits your timeline. Our staff will be on hand on moving day to make sure everything goes smoothly and your first hours at Heatherwood are easy and welcoming.
After You Arrive
Moving into a new home, even an exciting one, takes a little settling in. Here’s what you can expect:
Our staff will give you a full tour of the community, introduce you to your neighbors, and make sure you know where everything is and how everything works. We’ll get you oriented to the activity calendar, dining schedule, and all the services available to you.
