Heatherwood operates on a month-to-month basis with no long-term lease or buy-in required. We believe that flexibility is part of what makes senior living work for real people with real lives, and we’ve structured our pricing to reflect that.
What’s Included in Our Monthly Fees
Every resident’s situation is a little different, which is why our pricing is individualized rather than one-size-fits-all. That said, Heatherwood’s all-inclusive independent living monthly fees start at $2,650 and cover the essentials that make daily life comfortable and convenient:
- A well-appointed private apartment with kitchenette and generous square footage
- Three chef-prepared meals per day in our community dining room
- Weekly housekeeping and linen service
- All utilities, satellite TV, and Wi-Fi
- Scheduled transportation for errands, appointments, and local outings
- Access to all community amenities – fitness areas, salon, common rooms, and outdoor spaces
- A full calendar of activities, events, and social programming
- 24-hour staffing
Supported Care Pricing
Residents who need additional assistance with daily activities – including medication management, glucose monitoring, or moderate personal care – can access our supported care services available through our Heatherwood Healthcare Partners. These services are available on a pay-as-you-go basis with no long-term contract, and costs are determined based on a personalized assessment of each resident’s needs. Our team will walk you through exactly what’s involved and what to expect before anything is confirmed.
